Junior Process Engineer

We have subsidiaries and more than 500 employees worldwide.In our EBD division, headquartered in Esplugues del Llobregat, we research, develop, manufacture and market the latest generation of energy-based medical devices, and are continuously expanding with the acquisition of Viora in 2022 and the exclusive worldwide licence for Preime Dermafacial.This is a great time to join Sinclair within the EBD division as we continue to increase our product range and expand into new markets and territories.Sinclair is currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join its Operations team based in Barcelona office.What will you do?Define processes and establish manufacturing procedures (update/create/edit production documentation and work instructions), with the company's available production resources (from production, technical service/SAT, logistics, purchasing, quality, technical office), or design new ones if necessary.Achieve optimum levels of quality, costs and delivery times.Develop process engineering activities towards operational excellence.Lead/manage the PLM phase - industrialisation of new products or changes to current products, and perform project manager tasks in the start-up.Work in a multidisciplinary environment with other departments and industrial plants abroad.Identify points of improvement in the different production processes of the product from the initial design to the delivery to the customer.Integrate/manage the different processes of the company in our ERP - MRP - SAP, and provide the tools to the users for its correct achievement.Manage incidents with the different departments.Support the users of the company/suppliers/outsourcings that manage or work with the company's processes in the day to day activities with the monitoring of the current processes as well as all the actions deployed in collaboration with the different departments of the company's operations.Calculate, analyse production times for both manual and machine assembly, time study - MTM - MTM2.Manage and validate the relevant tests of process validations, line capacities, operator training, process audits or process validations.Establish product packaging / dispatch procedures.Manage the information to transfer to production in the most efficient way possible, by BOM or scandals and necessary, understandable and clear information.Analyse, redesign and negotiate with design, electronics and software departments the manufacturing changes for the industrialisation of new products created by R&D.What do you need?Bachelor: University degree in Electronics, Industrial or similar – Technician profile.Knowledge of electrical components and systems, software / hardwareExperience: 1 year working as a production process or industrialisation engineer.Availability to travelA high level of English and Spanish.Computer skills: Medium/high office package, Excel, world, Outlook, power point, autocad, solid works or similar, and frequent use of ERP - SAP.Additional knowledge: mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, electricity, pneumatics and quality tools (A3, problem solving, FMEA), production processes and automation of production lines and lean manufacturing.What do we offer you?Be part of a leading company in a fast international growing sector.Stable project with the possibility of personal and professional development and growthInteresting salary based on proven professional experience and skills.Private health insurance.Flexible retribution.Flexible working hours (8:00-9:30 / 17:00-18:30) and free Friday afternoon.Fruit at office.We are equal opportunity employers and maintain affirmative action plans to recruit, retain, develop, and promote qualified individuals without unlawful consideration of race, gender, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
